It's been a busy spring in San Diego's real estate market, as you can see from the market update I posted a few days ago. From that data, the key takeaway is that homes absolutely must be priced strategically to avoid sitting for extended market times. The drop in interest rates that we saw earlier this year really helped to buoy buyer activity, and it was noticeable how much more my phone was ringing with buyer calls compared to spring 2025.
